Test the samples and send us your feedback. Up to 3 free revision rounds are included. Once satisfied, both parties sign the sample-sealing document — the binding quality reference for the entire production run.
Sign the manufacturing agreement covering quality specs, delivery schedule and payment terms. Payment is split two stages: 30% deposit on signing, 70% balance before shipment. Packaging design/procurement and NMPA product filing begin in parallel to minimize total lead time.
GMPC-standard full-chain QC: incoming ingredient inspection → in-process monitoring of emulsification and filling → real-time pH/viscosity/microbial testing → AQL final inspection → complete COA. 8 production lines and 1,000+ tons annual output ensure on-time delivery.
After final inspection, pay the remaining 70% balance. We arrange domestic courier or international freight. Full QC report, product dossier and NMPA filing info ship with your order. Ongoing reorder and after-sales support included.
